Why can't I get a hold of anyone at the salon?
We apologize for missing your call! If you are unable to get a hold of us over the phone, that means we are either already taking a call, currently with a client or you have called during our off hours. We do not have a receptionist as all of our estheticians/ nail technicians are reponsible for taking calls, appointment bookings & services.
If you need to cancel, re-book or modify your appointment, please email us at rawbeautybarinc@gmail.com (We require 24h notice for cancellations & rebookings.)
Why was I charged a late/ cancellation fee? I was only 10-15 minutes late!
As you know, we operate by appointment only. This means, each service is alotted a certain amount of time. If you are 10-15 minutes late, we can only accomodate what we can in the time that is left. Late arrivals will still be charged 100% of the service(s) that was booked. Please be aware that you will also be charged 100% of the service(s) for a "no show". Our goal is to provide quality service to our clients. Being on time is very important to us in order to achive a spectacular experience.
Why do your shop hours vary?
Our hours likely vary during the off seasons and are based on pre-bookings. We encourage you to book in advance as we would love to fit you in!
If I have a gift card under an old name, (ex. The Reset Mani) will my gift card still be accepted?
As long as your gift card is not expired, your gift card will be valid.
Do you sell gift cards?
All of our gift cards are only sold at our flagship location. Online gift card purchases are currently not available.
Do you sell gift cards by amount? (Ex. $50)
Our gift cards are sold by services only + tax. Think of it as a pre-paid service! We can look up a current guest if they have visited us before. If the person you are buying for has never been to our location, we definitely reccomend one of our most popular services! (You can find these services in our service menu.)
Do your gift cards expire?
Our gift cards expire 1 year after purchase.
What if i've lost my gift card? Do you keep track of gift card purchases?
We do not keep any record of purchased gift cards. So hold onto them tight!
