Why can’t I get a hold of anyone at the salon?

Oops—we’re probably busy making beauty magic ✨ If you’re unable to reach us by phone, it means we’re already on a call, hands-on with a client, or you’ve reached us outside of shop hours. We don’t have a receptionist, so our estheticians and nail techs multitask by answering calls, booking appointments, and delivering services.

Need to cancel, rebook, or make changes? Email us at rawbeautybarinc@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it as soon as we can.
Please note: we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rebookings.


Why was I charged a late or cancellation fee? I was only 10–15 minutes late!

We know—life happens! However, we operate strictly by appointment, and each service is scheduled for a specific time slot. If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, we can only complete what fits into the remaining time. Late arrivals are still charged 100% of the booked service, and no-shows are also charged 100%.

Our goal is to give every client a quality, unrushed experience—and staying on schedule helps us do just that 💖


Why do your shop hours vary?

Our hours may change during slower seasons and are based on pre-bookings. We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot—we’d love to fit you in!


I have a gift card with an old service name. Is it still valid?

Absolutely! As long as your gift card hasn’t expired, it’s good to go—no matter what the service name used to be.


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in person only at our flagship location. Online gift card purchases aren’t available at this time.


Do you sell gift cards by dollar amount (e.g. $50)?

Our gift cards are sold by service only, plus tax—think of them as prepaid pampering ✨ If the recipient has visited us before, we can look them up. If they’re new, we recommend choosing one of our most-loved services from the menu.


Do gift cards expire?

Yes—gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.


What if I lose my gift card?

Treat it like cash! We don’t keep records of purchased gift cards, so please keep it safe and sound 💌
